I think I can safely speak for most people when I say that we are all currently trying to find a new normal as we continue to navigate these new, strange, and often scary times. As an online business I feel very lucky that we are able to continue to operate as usual with only a few very minor changes to our shipping and fulfilment, and local pick-up option. I have outlined those changes below. As this is still an ever changing situation, I will continue to post any updates and changes here and on our social media account. Stay well!
1. Domestic and U.S. Shipping and Fulfilment
I'm happy to say that we have found a shipping solution that will allow us to get your fabric out to you faster while still allowing us to follow safe social/physical distancing practises. Going forward, orders will ship out Domestic orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Due to necessary operational changes this summer, U.S. shipments will only go out once a week on Saturdays. Please ensure that your orders are in by end of day Thursday if you want them to be included in the Saturday shipment.
Also, Canada Post is currently experiencing Christmas level volumes of mail and has suspended normal delivery guarantees in order to protect the public and not overburden their workers. Please expect shipping to take a little longer than usual.
2. Local Pick-Up
We currently offer contactless local drop-off as an option for our Hamilton and area customers. Simply select the Local Pick-up option at checkout. Due to necessary operational changes this summer, contactless drop-offs will happen once a week on Saturdays.
3. International Shipping
Due to current Canada Post shipping restrictions we are unable to ship anywhere outside of North America at this time.
