After spending the last 6 years making Hamilton our home, the time has come for my family and this business to move on. This move, while exciting, was unexpected and is happening on a shorter time frame than ideal. As such, our final destination is still to be determined and we will be moving into a temporary location for the summer before moving into a new permanent location in September.
Our goal during this time of transition is to minimize the impact on our customers as much as possible. Due to the scale and nature of the move, however, there will be a few temporary service changes and disruptions. Please see the list of service changes below:
Shipping and Order Fulfilment
In order to pack up and move to our temporary summer location, we will be taking a short break from fulfilling and shipping orders from May 17th until May 24th, 2021. To ensure that your package ships before the break, please make sure to place your order by Thursday, May 13th. The online shop will remain open during this time, but all orders placed after the 13th will ship when we resume service on May 25th. We will be taking a second break in August/September to move into our new permanent location. Dates and details to come.
While we will endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as possible, fulfilment times over the summer may take a little longer than usual. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
The last day for local Hamilton delivery will be Friday May 14th, 2021. All local delivery orders must be placed by Thursday, May 13th, 2021. Unfortunately local delivery will be unavailable at our temporary summer location.
Our temporary summer location is not serviced by our current U.S. shipping carrier and we will be unable to offer $12 flat rate and free shipping to the U.S. for the summer months. During this time we will switch to using Canada Post for all U.S. shipments, and rates will be calculated based on shipping location, package weight and dimensions. The last day $12 flat rate and free shipping to the U.S. will be available is Thursday, May 13th.
Please note that duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will resume $12 flat rate and free shipping for U.S. customers as soon as possible in September.
International shipping is currently paused, but will hopefully resume in September.
For the most part new fabric arrivals should remain relatively unaffected during the move. The Summer and Fall See You at Six Collections, however, will not be available this year.
