Shipping
We ship our fabric worldwide and all orders are shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Shipping rates and shipping times vary depending on destination, shipping method selected and weight of package. See below for more details.
Local Pick-Up and Delivery
Local pick-up is available for free from our studio in Moncton, NB. If you would like to pick-up your order you can select this option at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled we will email you to arrange a pick-up date and time. Most orders should be ready within 1 business day. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Lettermail
For customers looking to just purchase thread, buttons, labels or other small items we offer a letter mail shipping option for a $2 stamp fee ($5.00 for U.S. shipments). Total items must weigh under 50g to qualify and there is no tracking available. By choosing this option, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Canada
We offer all our Canadian customers flat rate shipping for $15. We also offer a Canada Post Xpresspost™ shipping option (rates vary) for those who want their package sooner. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included through Canada Post and UPS.
United States
We ship to the lower 48 states. For our U.S. customers we ship using Canada Post/USPS and UPS. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included. We offer a flat shipping rate of $15.
Note: Customers are responsible for any additional fees, duties or taxes that may be charged upon delivery.
International
For our International customers we offer a variety of tracked shipping options from Canada Post. Shipping rates for each option vary depending on shipping destination and weight/size of package. Options include:

Returns
Fabric
Due to the fact that our fabric is cut to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If there are any errors with your delivery, your items arrive damaged or your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make things right.
We want to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the fabric they buy from us and we encourage you to purchase a swatch sample and/or contact us with any questions you may have before you make your purchase.
Please note, we try to represent the colours of our fabrics as accurately as possible, however, individual computer monitors may show the colours differently, therefore we cannot guarantee colour representation.
Patterns and Notions
We accept returns on patterns and notions as long as they are unopened in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned items. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original shipping cost or pay for the return shipping costs on change of heart returns.
If, however, there is an error with your order, your items arrive damaged, or are lost contact us as soon as possible so that we can make things right.
